Severt Young Bear is honored in this traditional,  "Making of a
Leader Ceremony."  On the left,  wearing the bonnet, Oliver Red
Cloud addresses the gathering.  Severt is seated,  behind him is
his son,  Severt Jr.,  to the left of Severt is his daughter.  Behind
them the people have gathered in a demonstration of support
and respect.
